Hello my friend TheBirdsShedTears. I hope you are fine. My logic was this person did not satisfy the requirements of WP:PROF, WP:GNG or WP:SIGCOV. I may be wrong and am not dogmatic. Remove the template if you wish. But is your basis of asserting notability the citation count? That doesn't seem to be what the policies are framed around, or am I wrong. Which of the eight criteria say that? Research impact is supposed to be "demonstrated by independent reliable sources." Does this mean a citation/ H-Index score? I don't know, but it doesn't seem it.

The person's research has had a significant impact in their scholarly discipline, broadly construed, as demonstrated by independent reliable sources.
The person has received a highly prestigious academic award or honor at a national or international level.
The person has been an elected member of a highly selective and prestigious scholarly society or association (e.g., a National Academy of Sciences or the Royal Society) or a fellow of a major scholarly society which reserves fellow status as a highly selective honor (e.g., Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers or Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Physics).
The person's academic work has made a significant impact in the area of higher education, affecting a substantial number of academic institutions.

@BoyTheKingCanDance: Many scientists, researchers, philosophers, and other scholars (collectively referred to as "academics" for convenience) are notably influential in the world of ideas without their biographies being the subject of secondary sources. WP:NPROF Please review part A at Specific criteria notes. You may consult other experienced editors regarding academic notability criteria.
