Concerns about 'Concerns'

IP 71.6.83.122 has been adding information about complaints regarding the work environment and telemarketing efforts of this company. User:Kuru has rightly asked that because of WP:UNDUE this material should not be in the lede, and consists of user-generated material. Per WP:EDITWAR, let's discuss it here and get some consensus rather than trading reverts. Per WP:SELFPUB, I have to agree with Kuru. These are not reliable sources.

1. The Caller Complaints site takes submissions from any anonymous user. Who's to say people aren't lying? And even if we trust the call-takers, who's to say that the "telemarketers" who called them weren't lying about being from Harte-Hanks? I don't care how likely it is that everyone's telling the truth here; it simply isn't reliable enough for an encyclopedia. If Harte-Hanks truly is known as a harrassing organization, that should be written up in some newspaper, magazine, government report or lawsuit somewhere that can be cited.

2. The Career Bliss site suffers from the same problems (anonymous users, no editorial oversight), plus it does not support 71.6.83.122's claim that the company has "below-average satisfaction". The aggregate rating is 3.28 on a 5-point scale, which would appear to be above average.

I've left them in for now because I'd like to see what our IP editor has to say about this. I would have no problem with them being deleted by someone else. ``` t b w i l l i e ` $1.25 ` 22:10, 24 May 2012 (UTC)

Plain English version: these are just links to random consumer hatchet sites. You can find similar material on every large/medium company in existence. If there is something notable about the material, it should be covered and/or summarized in reliable third party sources. 00:30, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
Agreeing with the preceding editors, I've removed the section (one sentence, two refs). Woodshed (talk) 13:40, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
