Edit Request
[edit]This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest was declined. Clippings have been added to the disputed sources (thanks to DanCherek). Cabayi (talk) 19:10, 19 July 2021 (UTC) |
- What I think should be changed: Requesting deletion of the following section: "In 2004, an investigation by the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle noted that state senator Michael F. Nozzolio, a partner in the firm, was connected to state funding of public projects for which Harris Beach performed lucrative legal work.[1] In 2010, a potential conflict of interest was identified where Harris Beach was chosen as bond counsel for a public project financed in part by the New York Power Authority, which was chaired by another Harris Beach partner.[6]
- Why it should be changed: The sentences are selectively chosen from their respective articles. They present a one-sided view of the discussion and a misleading impression of our firm as we have over 200 attorneys. The articles are only accessible through a paid subscription to Newspapers.com.
