1942 Harley Davidson XA

You guys need to get your facts straight when you publish articles. The XA is indeed a four speed with a foot shifter as well as a hand shifter. It was ordered after we captured one of the German BMW motorcycles that they were kicking our butts with. Yes 1000 were built but never entered service because before they could be delivered Romell cut himself off from his supplies by advancing too quickly and we surrounded him and he surrendered. The motorcycles were sold from the back of comic books as surplus and were never used by the army. 97.113.71.66 (talk) 03:17, 10 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
