Re: "advice" – this word has a specific meaning with regards to investments, it refers to a recommendation of a product to an individual, whereas Hargreaves Lansdown has always operated as 'execution only' – providing information to clients for them to make self-directed investment decisions, i.e. explicitly a non-advised service.
