Jamacian Hard Dough is used for one thing and one thing only -- as a side dish for a particularly spicy meat. Hard dough is too f*&^in tough to eat as sammy-bread or what not.

It helps beat down the really strong spice used in Jamaican food.

It's used for many things, just as regular bread is. It's not really hard despite it's name, just more dense. - BilCat (talk) 04:18, 8 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
