Buttons
[edit]The Jakob Amman article does a much more thorough and useful job describing the controversy and conference. This implication that the division in the Swiss Brethren was over buttons is highly misleading, and offensive to the affected groups, which survive in considerable numbers today. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:1C0:C800:9200:11B1:DC9:776D:F5EE (talk) 00:26, 2 March 2018 (UTC)
William McGrath pamphlet
[edit]I removed the single Further Reading item, as it was a short polemical pamphlet on a modern, American Beachy Amish controversy, generally unreliable and certainly unrelated to the article.
