Correction

The statement about Haddon Township being split between congressional districts is not correct. All of Haddon Township is located in the 1st and is represented by Rob Andrews. see http://www.house.gov/saxton/press2002/pr011030redistrictocean.html

Anyone who cares enough about either HTown or Hfield or both (I don't care at all, heh) might want to touch base with an active contributor over there and come to some sort of consensus on where Stephen belongs.
