Sorry, I would have liked to provide some useful feedback but am struggling to find anything to say. Yes, it's a small article but WP:petscan finds over 300 Good and Featured Articles of fewer than 7000 bytes. I have looked for further information on the subject in the not inconsiderable number of sources available to me and have found nothing. This appears to be a naturally short article. It is well written and MOS compliant. "On about" seems an odd turn of phrase to me, who would use 'on or about' instead but Google books turns up a few examples of the former. Sources look good and reliable, and I have manually checked three of the five for accuracy and plagiarism. Copyvio tool returns violation unlikely at 6.5% (mostly due to the titles of sources).
