I have made the distinction that Aisne, along with sister ships Agincourt, Alamein, Barrosa, Corruna, Jutland, Dunkirk and Matapan were later, or 1943 Battle class ships because there was significant differences between these and the earlier 1942 ships, both in length and beam and also in armament.
I figured that's what you meant by "... 1943 or later Battle-class fleet destroyer ...". Makes sense. Terry Thorgaard (talk) 18:37, 6 May 2015 (UTC)
