[edit]

There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:H3h3Productions which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 19:03, 10 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

H3TV, Off The Rails and After Dark as past shows?

[edit]

After their recent break, the H3 Podcast ditched these separate show formats and instead will air all three weekly public episodes under the new "H3 Show" name. Since they won't be used anymore, should they be moved in the "past shows" category just like Frenemies and Leftovers? 2A02:85F:E432:E582:A4F5:6BAD:AF51:A33C (talk) 16:19, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

The H3 podcast has updated their YouTube page logo. Someone who is more familiar with the image uploading policies should update it. 2A02:85F:E432:E582:A4F5:6BAD:AF51:A33C (talk) 16:21, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Updates to Page

[edit]

I just put through a significant number of edits to this article and as a relatively new editor want to double check with any more experienced editors that I have done a sufficient job.

As a regular consumer of H3 I knew most of this off the top of my head but per WP:RS I have included orimary sources from the show as citations. Further in line with WP:RS and WP:NOR, I have been careful to not provide any sort of editorial intepretation or analysis. Instead, I have endeavoured to strictly convey only the information contained in the primary source.

Additionally, I had a couple issue with getting the citations right but I think the new citations are now of a good and consistent format. Aphrodite=Ishtar (talk) 10:13, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Aphrodite=Ishtar. I reverted most of your edits because unfortunately they don't adhere to Wikipedia's policies on WP:Primary sources. You can still view them in the page history. Interestingly, we editors are really meant to use secondary sources because we as mere editors aren't really qualified to do journalistic work! If you can verify any of the bits that you added with reliable secondary sources, then please add them back. Unfortunately, this is usually not possible as the happenings of your favourite celebrity or podcast isn't typically important enough to be covered by good quality sources. If it's hard to find a reliable source to enter the information, it should strongly suggest that it shouldn't be in the article. That is part of the joy and pain of being a Wikipedia editor. Thanks for showing interest and happy editing. Pabsoluterince (talk) 14:26, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Change Page Name to The H3 Show

[edit]

In line with my recent edits I suggest changing the page's name to The H3 Show. Just wanted to see if there was any opposition to this? Aphrodite=Ishtar (talk) 10:19, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Aphrodite=Ishtar. I oppose it 😐. Take a look at WP:NAMECHANGES. I don't see any evidence of reliable sources that use the new name. Personally I also feel that the name H3 Podcast still has the greatest recognizability. Also consider that the channel username is still @H3Podcast.
