This entry seems to have been created by Guy Newland himself. (It's author's email address is Newla1gm.) Wikipedia is not meant to be a repository for self advertisements or CVs, and that is what this 'article' is at most. It should be deleted. 124.254.106.104 (talk) 03:25, 11 February 2010 (UTC) Hermit
It does not necessarily need deletion if it can be shown to meet the criteria for notability for Academics. See Wikipedia:Notability (academics). However, as this comment was made years ago, I suggest that it be put up for consideration for deletion if edits are not made to establish the above notability requirements within a reasonable period. 108.88.165.22 (talk) 01:16, 5 December 2013 (UTC)
the 2/10 poster is correct; I did create this page to publish general information, then current but no longer, about myself. I am perfectly happy to have it either improved or deleted by the esteemed wiki community. I personally have no intention of working on it. I have no judgement about whether my work meets academic notability requirements. Best wishes. Guy — Preceding unsigned comment added by Newla1gm (talk • contribs) 02:15, 5 December 2013 (UTC)
