Nationality

[edit]

While he was born in Brazil, his parents were Americans working abroad. IDK how long he and his family even lived in Brazil, but he evidently spent time in other Latin countries (presumably due to his parents work). At the end of the day, his family is American and he was educated in America as well. He isn’t even primarily known for his work in Brazil, but for working in telenovelas for Hispanic countries like Mexico and Colombia. If we’re going one step further, he’s known for working in Spanish-language productions, not Portuguese-language ones. At best he might be described as “Brazilian-born” IMO.

There are many Americans who are born/grow up abroad and may end up even getting their start abroad because of that. If people disagree they can discuss it here. Clear Looking Glass (talk) 02:08, 2 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
