- Neutral. This is far from a "speedy" candidate. This term has been in use for years. See, for example, NPR.org, Stetson Law Review Harvard Law Record, this book, The New York Observer, The New Physician, Juris Publici, and this other book. The reason I'm neutral on this is that the topic may be more suited for Wiktionary than encyclopedic treatment. --Metropolitan90 05:59, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
