Start to get rid of external links within the body, for example: A Younger Theatre. Best to just get rid of the url and the [ ] because the same url is used properly in the reference at the end of the sentence anyway.
Remove most of the images in the gallery. Max. 8 is best.
Make a commons category that all your upload of the festival can go into. Let me know and I will help if you get stuck with that.
