Talk:Greenhouse gas footprint
Major Changes
[edit]My group is working on editing this page for a writing class at James Madison University. The article began with 87 words and we have since made many major edits. We have completely redone all the work that is in the article. We have added a lead section, a definition and history section, the causes, impacts, rise over time, and solutions to GHG footprints. We have done extensive research on learning to write for Wikipedia as well as on GHG footprints. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Swinehbd (talk • contribs) 19:35, 12 November 2017 (UTC)
This article in relation to carbon footprint page?
[edit]I have deleted the following sentence from the introduction, as this is not how the term 'carbon footprint' is generally used or understood.
"It is more comprehensive than the commonly used carbon footprint, which measures only carbon dioxide, one of many greenhouse gases."
The broader implication of this is whether this article / the carbon footprint one has a specific justification, or should be merged to one.
This article was nominated for merging with Carbon footprint on 27 May 2020. The result of the discussion (permanent link) was Merge. |
