"Seattle's unpredictable weather" Is a generally accepted fact in these parts. I have always been taught that the close-ly confined mountain ranges and the sound in-between created a convergence zone of weather that was difficult to prognosticate. The link in the parenthetical "(usually blamed on Seattle's unpredictable weather)" should be on "Seattle" rather than "unpredictable weather". As an side, I'd love to see an article on the latter.
