Huh? Even more of a lone road out in the middle of nowhere than the Primrose Road.
This article continues a disturbing trend: continue the same line of sourcing because they're the easiest sources. Unfortunately, in this case, these are sources mostly related to coverage of a controversial political figure, namely Sarah Palin.
As such, items have been whitewashed, like how the bridge was sought by Ketchikan residents in order to expand the city, as land flat enough to develop is far more abundant on Gravina Island than on Revillagigedo Island. Too much focus on the cost of the bridge, whitewashing how its outsized design was to continue to allow a cruise ship industry to exist in Ketchikan. This isn't strictly rah-rah boosterism here. The above can be established by RS, even if it isn't some poli-sci fanboy's favored source.
Specifically pertaining to this road, this article lacks any mention of why it was built, in spite of such appearing in other articles. Namely, there was earmarked money which was spent by the state for its intended purpose (the road itself), rather than returned to the federal government.
This could very well be merged to another article. Not exactly sure which one, though.RadioKAOS (talk) 14:17, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
