The link to Sam Carter should probably be retitled, due to the existence of an unrelated redirect there. I'm not sure what title should be used, though, or whether a link is merited at all. --DocumentN (talk) 06:24, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Notability requires significant coverage in reliable third-party sources. There are no such sources in the article, the sources are either Graphex itself or press releases and announcements. A google news search and a search in the archives of the Mail & Globe, Vancouver Sun and other major Canadian newspaper does not show any news coverage either. Maybe something can be found in specialized trade publications not easily found via Google, but for the moment one has to assume that the notability is a bit iffy. I am also not sure about the creator of this article, User:Gdcbc. That username seems awfully close to the acronym for the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada, GDC or here I suppose GDC British Columbia. Not a problem with respect to the current article content, but the copyright information of the images used in this article seems dubious to me. They are all claimed to be in the public domain despite being created by different artists. There is no OTRS ticket that could verify the copyright claim either. It should be merged with the main article for the Society. There is no need to outline the various awards and judges - readers are better served to go to the Society's page that explains all that. TFD (talk) 00:09, 4 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Before looking at this Talk page, I reached a similar conclusion about the list of judges and deleted it. I then came to a similar conclusion about the overall notability of this Award (the last of which appears to have been 2014), so redirected to a basic sentence on the GDC article.
