Grant Jeffrey wrongly promotes Animal Sacrifice!

[edit]

On many occasions on TV and in his writings, Grant Jeffrey has and continues to wrongly promote the return of animal sacrifice! He - like many others - promotes building/rebuilding another Temple to God on Jerusalem's Temple Mount. He - like many others - sees this Temple as the ultimate sign that the Christ has returned. However, unlike the great majority of Christians and Jews, Jeffrey promotes the return of animal sacrifice in this Temple on a daily basis! Wow!! By promoting the "righteousness of sacrificing baby sheep" at this planned 'Temple #4' (Solomon's Temple, Zerubbabel's Temple, Herod's Temple), Jeffrey is condoning and perhaps promoting animal sacrifice in any and all religious ceremonies. Is this 'Christian'? I and every Christian I've ever asked about this topic, feel very strongly about NOT restoring animal sacrifice - it is animal cruelty at its worst! Isn't one of the reasons that Jesus offered himself up as the 'sacrificial lamb' for crucifixion was so to eliminate the cruel practice of animal sacrifice?! Does anybody want to see it restored at their local church or synagogue? I bet not and rightfully not.
