  • Boston Tryout vs. Broadway

Someone with extensive knowledge of the show's tortured history should revise the Tommy Tune section to include more information about the Boston tryout during which the Yeston-influenced changes began to be effected. I know a fair amount the original Wright-Forrest version, but little about everything that brought about Yeston's involvement. Details in the current article are too sketchy and nonspecific to be effective. --WesternActor 16:22, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Amateur production

[edit]

Today I deleted an amateur production taking place in Australia, because it is a production by schools. I deleted per "Amateur productions will be deleted without discussion" in the WP:MT guidelines. The WP:NOTABILITY guidelines are also relevant. Flami72 (talk) 11:17, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

German Production

[edit]

As far as I can see, there is absolutely no mention of the 1991 German production of this show at all. Someone might want to add that. A Nobody899206 (talk) 19:42, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, A Nobody899206. Do you have a link to a review or article about it? Was it in Berlin with Leslie Caron playing the Elizaveta Grushinskaya role in German? I can't find any sources about it other than this ebay program. -- Ssilvers (talk) 16:31, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have a German newspaper that wrote about it. https://taz.de/Und-so-also-ist-Amerika/!1735066/
Is this good? A Nobody899206 (talk) 17:37, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, thanks. I've added something. Let me know if you have more about it, such as an article reporting the number of performances. -- Ssilvers (talk) 20:37, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
