Which part?

[edit]

Hi! Just want to ask, do you know which part of this citation that explains that...

...Bassem may come from an Ancient African word for the mouth of the Camoé river?

...the city grew into a profitable fishing village and a trading center after the Nzema people inhabitated there?

...in 1843, the French built Fort Memours in the banks of the river, most likely the Camoé river, after signing a treaty with the African ruler of the Grand-Bassam region?

If you can point me which part it is, that would help me alot, because everything i did was opening random available files. MahmoudAbbasAlDilfti (talk) 06:56, 13 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe before you figure that out, i am going to mark the citations with [citation needed] for a while, you can add it again with another citation that sources the sentence or after you explain me the part, to avoid citations that didn't have anything to do with the sentence.
