1000 apps?
[edit]Totals in the career stats section don't come to over 1000...... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 11:24, 7 March 2014 (UTC)
- The fields for his pre-1996 FL Trophy and play-off apps are blank... and going by Soccerbase these should add up to 17 apps. Mattythewhite (talk) 11:36, 7 March 2014 (UTC)
- Something still seems to be amiss. Currently the tables have 956 club + 40 international = 996. Add in the 17 you refer to and we get 1013. But that means that he can't have made his 1000th appearance in April 2011, as the article claims, because he played 21 times in 2011/12, so the maximum he could have had by the end of 2010/11 was 992. There must be a handful of other appearances missing somewhere..... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 14:16, 7 March 2014 (UTC)
