- I feel like we should change "national receiving leader" in the lead and body to "national receptions leader" to be clearer. Receiving leader could also mean yards.
- "in American Legion leagues" is that the same thing as American Legion Baseball. If so, wikilink it.
- Add "first-team All-Skyline Conference in all three seasons at Denver" to infobox.
- "As a senior in 1951, he broke Art Weiner's record for career receptions" Is that a school record or national record? Make it clearer please.
