I added a reference to the origins of the surname with the source http://www.spatial-literacy.org/UCLnames/NameSelection.aspx?name=GOODCHILD&year=1881&altyear=1998&country=GB&type=name but am not sure if I should have created a new page rather than edit the disambiguation page.

OK As pointed out the ref does not work unless you click on the "Start new surname search" button and type goodchild into the query box.
