The Phoneme, those can be both Initial and Final have 3 Phonemes, such as /ŋ/, /k/ and /ʔ/.
The Cluster consonants have 4 Phonemes, such as /pʰl/, /kl/, /kʰl/ and /bl/ those occur only in the beginning of the syllable. However, the New generation do not like to pronounced /pʰl/ and /bl/ for the Cluster consonants, but pronounced by only the First consonants.
The Phoneme /x/ can hear only in the elder by the one word, that is /xǎʔ/ 'เข็ม'.
The Phoneme /pʰ/ have 2 Allophones, such as [pʰ] and [f] that have the Allophones, such as [pʰe~fe] 'ไม้ (ไผ่)'. About the Phoneme /cʰ/ this sound have 2 Allophones, such as [cʰ] and [s] and those also have more practice, such as [cʰǒŋ~sǒŋ 'กิ้งก่า'. All of these, because the New generation like to pronounced /pʰ/ and /cʰ/ to be [f] and [s] by serially. But not all of system

The Phoneme /e/ have 2 Allophones, such as [e] and [ɪ] by an Allophone [e] occur with Final consonant, such as [kěŋ] 'ตัวเอง', the Allophone [ɪ] occur without Final consonant, such as [cɪ] 'ม้าม'
The phoneme /ɔ/ is [ɔ̞] because /ɔ/ is an Mid-open back rounded vowel. But the sound /ɒ/ is rarely occurrence. Therefore, the Phoneme is /ɔ/

Diphthong

The Gong language (Kok chiang dialect) diphthongs have 3 Phonemes ^[2] such as /i̯a/, /ɨ̯a/ and /u̯ɔ/

Tones

The Gong language (Kok chiang dialect) tones have 4 Phonemes^[3] such as

Mid tone
Low-falling tone that maybe change to be a mid-dipping tone or high falling in negative sentences.
High-falling tone
