On review, those guidelines note that religious organizations may meet either the organization/company notability requirements OR more general notability requirements: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability#General_notability_guideline The general guidelines note the requirement of multiple, significant, independent references over time.
Multiple references for GWZO have been added since 2013, including external and independent references, as well as multiple affiliates of the organization. The external references are significant within the applicable independent community (see Ford 2017, for example). This appears to meet relevant notability.
