[edit]Uncited statements in this article too. As an example, who says David Miscaviage (bad spelling probably) lives at Gold. Untill cited it is original research or even worse, an unverifable rumor. Terryeo 22:59, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
Bad link at reference #1. Likely the page has changed, but it now directs to an unrelated FAQ page. Possibly a "retrieved" date would be helpful.166.177.121.45 (talk) 16:16, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
cut from article sentence pasted here
[edit]"The grounds of Golden Era Studios are said to also be the home of many high church officials including David Miscavige, the chairman of the board of the RTC." Well, no citation. Who says it, when did they say it, where was it published that they said those things? I've seen statements "David Miscaviage spent some time there" (like often there, like, weekend) but "home of" David Miscaviage is another statement. Who says he lives there? And other "high church officials?" Who says it. As it stands it is a "weasel statement" and without citation. Terryeo 02:38, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
LOL. The reason I pasted it here is because it has been on and off, on and off and no one has come up with a citation for it. Terryeo 03:53, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
Reputable sources
[edit]This is the second time, I think, that I've seen Terryeo removing a perfectly acceptable (by Wikipedia standards; isn't that what you claim you care about, Terryeo?) citation and replacing it with a {{fact}} template. He does it here]: even though we have a reputable source, the LA Times, publishing what voter registration records say David Miscavige's residence is, Terryeo removes that citation from the claim it verifies to another part of the article. Needless to say, that is not acceptable editing behavior. -- Antaeus Feldspar 00:24, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
How much are they paying you to do this job, Terryeo? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.167.171.0 (talk) 19:49, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
