Question regarding Alternate versions section

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I saw a single arch McDonald's sign in Houston (and took a picture of it). I'm not sure about the process to add this information in the 'Alternate Section' (verification of the story of this sign, more information, etc...) How do you want to proceed ? Cheers!
