I started this article with the full intent of listing every gold mine in Virginia, and then adding individual articles on each. Any input, comment, or criticism is appreciated. Mmoyer 01:26, 15 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Listing mines is fine, but probably a paragraph for each in the main article will suffice. Also, the article should be renamed to "Virginia gold mining", since this is a general topic, not a company name. Thanks. --John Nagle 01:32, 15 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Under construction

[edit]
  • Okay, I've placed this tag a coupla times and folks keep removing it, so I won't put it back. Nonetheless, the article *is* very much still under construction. [smile] Mmoyer 02:50, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

UTM

[edit]

These UTM coords are a major, major pain to look up or work with. They need to be converted to simple lat / long, which I believe is the standard Wikipedia format for geotagging. --Dan East (talk) 23:20, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
