You need to mention the band members as producers elsewhere besides the infobox, with a source.

Could add something from the Background and Composition sections.
- There are a couple of details from these sections (the source of the EP's title, the description of the music / its novelty). I'd happily add more; I just can't think of anything right now. Isn't the release date October 9, 1989?
- I wish we knew! There are, as far as I can see, no good references on when the EP was released; all we know is some time after July 1988 and before 1989. A couple of these sources give a month earlier than July, but that's probably wrong since the liner notes say it was finished being recorded in July. Oh well. Songwriters. If there only one or two put it above the track list saying "All tracks written by X and Y, except where noted.", add different songwriters if there are only 2/3 songs with different ones, otherwise remove the latter sentence.
