Reference 2 (http://www.answers.com/topic/god-lives-underwater) links to the wrong thing. Links to an answers page talking about "the 5 C's". Consider removing and adding something else. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Karimrowel (talkcontribs) 21:03, 17 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Disbanded?

[edit]

I'm pretty sure GLU is no longer around. I'll try to find some validity to this later. Shadowrun 18:04, 18 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Uh, yeah. David Reilly is dead. King Bee 17:02, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Uh, I think he was talking "formerly disbanded" as some bands don't necessarily go away when their singer or a main guy kicks.
I'm pretty sure Jeff Turzo is busy with his new band, Wired All Wrong. -- H3xx 23:34, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Genre

[edit]

I don't think GLU is of the same genre as Nine Inch Nails, Skinny Puppy and Front Line Assembly (industrial). In fact, they have a lighter-vocaled, albeit angrier sound without the heavy, machine-like banging of drums in their songs than any of the music I consider "industrial music." I heard a term used a long time ago and it stuck in my mind: Electro Punk. I feel it really fits with this band. The same goes for Turzo's new project, Wired All Wrong. -- H3xx 23:34, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
