This film isn't about a half-Japanese. It's about the Korean-Japanese living in Japan The protagonist, Sugihara (we later learn his real name is Jeong-jo Lee)'s both parents are Korean and his nationality is Korean. His friend Jeong-il maybe a half-Japanese since his mother is Japanese and his father is Korean. But besides that, GO's more about a boy trying to find a niche in a society that doesn't accept him.

(Reply the the above comment) Actually, it's about a pro-North Korean living in Japan and going to a North Korean school in Japan....if you saw the movie, his father is a pro-North Korean....and they have a picture of Kim Il Sung in the house....

The story is about a pro-North Korean zainichi Korean living in Japan... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.188.7.120 (talk) 17:07, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Translation from German

[edit]

Could someone fluent in German start translating the information from the much better German Wikipedia article, please? Quite a nice movie, by the way... 惑乱 分からん 14:07, 16 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Go poster.jpg

[edit]

Image:Go poster.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Edit the Reference List

[edit]

How do you edit the reference list for the article? The author of Reference 5 is Yuki Sugiyama, not Robert Moorehead. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 180.147.138.158 (talk) 07:02, 16 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
