Someone does not like my editing?[edit]

Can someone please edit the article to make it more accurate. THIS IS TECHNICALLY NOT A CERTIFICATED AIRLINE

Go! Mokulele is an American airline marketing holdings joint venture of inter-island flights within the state of Hawaii. The joint venture of Mesa Air Group and Republic Airways Holdings, was created in October 2009 when the companies merged their competing subsidiaries, Go! (an airline "branding" within an airline of Mesa Airlines) and Mokulele Airlines under one marketing brand name, without (as of yet) merging the two airlines operating certificates. Yes, it's not an airline in its own right in terms of certification. The lead sentence simplifies things a bit. And to be honest, no I'm not terribly wild about your editing. I'm sure your intentions are good, but you have a tenancy to use scare quotes and make things far too verbose while attempting to explain the minute differences. Go Mokulele presents itself as a single airline from a customer service perspective, and that's how we present it here. We do denote that the flights are operated by two separate companies. -- Hawaiian717 (talk) 21:44, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Well personally I do not like your lack of accuracy, but I am not one to waste too much time. YOU fall for what the organizations market to you, rather than what is truthful and accurate. Wiki is NOT a place for free airline advertising as too many of you give it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.200.137.22 (talk) 22:04, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestion to Merge[edit]

I suggest a redirect and merger of the go! Mokulele and go! (airline) into one article. These are two brands of "not even airlines" that are both operated by Mesa Airlines. Mesa Airlines go! airline within an airline is gone but Mesa Airlines go Mokulele airline within an airline brand remains. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.243.4.24 (talk) 13:31, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There was a brief discussion at the Airlines WikiProject shortly after the joint venture was created, and the thought then was that there should be separate articles for each. go! (airline) and Mokulele Airlines would focus on the airlines/brands prior to the creation of the joint venture, with go! Mokulele on the current result. But since the integration has been rather limited (go! added the Mokulele name, but the Mokulele flights don't have the go! name), that may need to be reconsidered. I'd still be tempted to keep things the way they are, though, and hope things eventually get sorted out. The discussion can be found here: Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Airlines/Archive 4#go.21 Mokulele. -- Hawaiian717 (talk) 22:47, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Part 121[edit]

Why are brands getting airline boxes, when they are nothing but brands and not certificated airlines. Very weird??? Yes Merge, and and make it clear go! IS NOT A Part 121 AIRLINE, it is a brand of Mesa which is a part 121 airline —Preceding unsigned comment added by 32.176.17.242 (talk) 12:15, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Mokulele Sold[edit]

The non airline but division of Mesa renamed in a joint venture agreement from go!, to go! Mokulele has recently been sold to a business that is not owned by Mesa air group, or even held in a jv agreement.

So let's nix this whole go! That is not even an airline once and for all and just give go! A special section with Mesa. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.228.221.56 (talk) 14:56, 6 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
