How it comes that fructose intolerance is a differential diagnosis of GSD type 0 ?? many differences exist: like fructose-1-phosphate accumulate in the liver causing hepatomegally.

May be it simulates other types of GSD in which glycogen accumulate & cause hepatomegally.
