Cited: - Going by Google Translate, the La Nación and El Mercurio sources do not appear to expressly mention that she is best known for the MOP-Gate case. Let me know if this is wrong.

This seems like a very thin point, as just about all of the other cites mention her in conjunction with that case, and the Radio Cooperativa one refers to her as "the judge from the MOP-Gate case" in the headline.
