Th first sentence is misleading.

"The glnALG operon regulates the nitrogen content of the cell."

What does this mean by "nitrogen content"? Presumably not free nitrogen, N2. And not the total amount of nitrogen in all compounds. Later in the article it explains that it means ammonia.

Also, I took "the cell" to mean all cells, or maybe all human cells, or all animal cells. But at the end of the paragraph it explains that it means prokaryoyic cells. It may actually mean bacterial cells. Maproom (talk) 07:12, 2 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
