Evidence for Gilbert's "alleged" brother Richard.

"King Alexander II for Richard, brother of Gilbert, bishop of Caithness; has granted Gilbert, bishop of Caithness, made of all land in Sutherland which Hugh Freskin gave to Gilbert, that is, Skelbo (SUT) and Ferincoskry (SUT) and in addition land between them and marches of Ross towards west; to be held by Richard of heirs of Hugh Freskin in feu and heritage, by their right marches, as Gilbert's charter to Richard and charter of Hugh Freskin and confirmation of King William to Gilbert bear witness." 26 December 1235.
