Gigot culinary

Gigot is also used in cooking for a cut of meat, sp. leg, usu but not exclusively lamb or mutton. Usage is primarily UK & French afaik, maybe sl dated, however it is common in Eng lit. No article to link to, prob not notable...how can we add it here within policy? Perhaps needs to be added first via Cooking? --D Anthony Patriarche (talk) 21:35, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
