The Latin text of Historia regum Britanniae can be found at at https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=LBw2AAAAMAAJ&source=gbs_navlinks_s, see Book VIII. Chaput X [p. 109] for "chorea gigantum", Chaput XIV, [p. 111] for "gigantum choream", and Chaput XVI [p. 114] & Chaput XXIV [p. 121] for "choream gigantum". I believe this translates as the plural giants' rather than singular, though I think it has been translated as such in published versions in English. For information Geiriadur Prifysgol Cymru (the University of Wales' Welsh Dictionary) has "Côr y Cewri: Stonehenge (lit. the Giants’ Circle)", though the earliest attestation they give is from 13th century. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.61.220.3 (talk) 17:35, 22 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, "gigantum" means "giants'" not "giant's"(see e.g. here). I haven't noticed which version (if any) is the established in English, but in the best of worlds, the article should be renamed accordingly. 151.177.57.31 (talk) 14:32, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
