- remove the sections "Professional activities" and "Outreach". Maybe keep appropriate links under a "Weblinks" section.
- remove the scores/grades mentioned in "Education" as there are no sources to support those claims
- remove the following sentences from the section "Academic career" as they contain no relevant information: In September 2006 he was offered the (Chair of Materials Science and Nanotechnology) at TU Dresden, Germany. In October 2006, he declined a position of a Professorship (Physics) at the University of Hasselt, Belgium and in January 2007 a position of a W3 (Theoretical Physics) at the University of Ulm, Germany; also in January 2007 he withdrawn the application to a W3-Professorship (Theoretical Physics) at the TU Chemnitz, Germany (where he was ranked first in the appointment list to be suggested to the University Senate).

[edit]- The requested changes were made. The following additional changes were also made to the article:
- All improper instances of external links placed in the article were removed.
- The External links maintenance template was removed.
- Superfluous entries in the lead section concerning the subjects ancillary roles at TU Dresden were omitted (and in any case, were unreferenced).
- Information on the subject's scores received were omitted.
- The BLP sources maintenance template was added to the article.
- Infobox Officeholder was changed to the Academic variant.
