The article contains four references about this person. Ibe of them is a book printed in the 1930s which is an extensive history of Romanian firefighters. The others are articles in which the activity of Gleorlge Pohrib is mentioned. You can find these references by a simple internet search. What else do you wan? I am not convinced that a book written by Mr. Pohrib and three mentions in articles establishes his notability. Still, I do accept the possibility that Mr. Pohrib is potentially notable. Also, I do think the article provides interesting information about the history of firefighting in Romania, quite apart from the biography and contributions of Mr. Pohrib. I would therefore suggest, @Afil, that you establish links with other articles and integrate Mr. Pohrib´s biography in Wikipedia. This article is one of the oldest orphans. The article exists more than ten years without any other article referring to Mr. Pohrib. That is a clear indication that something is wrong. Maybe a link to Pohrib could be included in Geography of Firefighting but there is not even a reference to Romania in that article. Also the List of comparative firefighting ranks has no reference to Romania. It seems to me that the article on the Romanian General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations lacks historical context, in which Mr. Pohrib could be mentioned. So, my suggestion is to make mr. Pohrib´s notability clearer by improving context articles and establishing links to Pohrib. That way, the article on Pohrib could concentrate more on the biography as such. For example the section on International activity could be reduced to one phrase if the article on International Technical Committee for the Prevention and Extinction of Fire was more substantial. Once it has an incoming link from at least one article or list, the orphan tag can be removed (disambiguation pages, redirects and draft articles do not count). Three or more incoming links are ideal. The Find link tool may help, but not in all cases.
