The thing is that, although Chronica Polonorum is used to refer to this work, it refers to numerous works (you can see that from the gb search).It probably doesn't have primary usage, but judging by gb its primary usage would be the Miechowita work. The strength of Gesta principum Polonorum is that this is the name of it's only English edition, so this will be the primary way of referring to it in English context in the years post-dating its publication (and probably will be the name this article's most likely audience--history or literature undergraduates-- will know from bibliographies).
