Far Right?

[edit]

Why is this party called 'far right'... They are Leftist Nationalist. In any other country they would be counted as a leftist organization falling short of the Communists. NeueGeschichte (talk) 22:31, 13 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Strasserism is a variety of Nazism, a far-right ideology. Their anti-capitalism does not make them left-wing! Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 23:39, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Saying "Nazism" is as silly as saying Kommism or Tankism for Communism. A sign that one deals with some sort of cartoon version of reality. In good English the term is National Socialism. The National Socialists saw themselves and were also seen as more to the left than to the right prior to them becoming the government in Germany. With Strasserism being more to the extreme left than the bulk of the NSDAP. Hermann Göring elaborated on this during his interrogation in Nuremberg. Source is online.
