Gerald McEntee was an elected representative

[edit]

President Gerald McEntee was not a union executive during his tenure at AFSCME, he was an elected representative. McEntee was elected president by the 1.4 million members of AFSCME.[1]. I have corrected this miscategorization.

I'm not sure what your point is here, LH. He was our elected president, albeit elected by representative delegates like myself rather than directly elected; that's not just a business agent or something. --Orange Mike | Talk 01:45, 6 November 2016 (UTC) (president, L. 91)[reply]
