Misplaced Text
The following text:
On March 6th, 2014, the House chamber passed Senate Resolution 736 by a vote of 107-58. SR 736 calls for an Article V convention of states for purposes of proposing amendments to the United States Constitution. In passing SR 736, Georgia becomes the first state to pass official legislation calling for an amendments convention. In accordance with Article V, a ⅔ supermajority of states must call for such a convention whereupon Congress is obligated to convene said convention. According to State Representative Buzz Brockway (R-Lawrenceville) the convention will be aimed at limited the overreaching powers of the federal government and returning sovereignty to the states. Proposed amendments will list term limits for career politicians and suggest reining in profligate federal spending that began under President George W. Bush and has continued under President Barack Obama.
seemed to be out of place chronologically. I have moved it here, so that it will be preserved, and so that, if appropriate, someone can put it back in the proper place in the article.
