[edit]I did a few quick searches on ancestry.com to add census information, as well as the cites to his legislative service. He does not have a readily accessible biography and given other matters on my plate, I am not about to disambiguate his ancestry, or even relationship with the Loudoun County George Rust who owned about two dozen slaves, much less the current clerk of the Fairfax County court. I write here because the name is relatively common and I can't find confirmation of his marriage and daughter as already in his article. Also, a George Rust lived in Baltimore throughout the Civil War, so I can't confirm that the death date and location previously included is accurate. Jweaver28 (talk) 23:11, 22 August 2022 (UTC)
