- Comments
- The DNZB says his mother's name was Mary Ann Baxter.
- Have added the full name.
- You might include the link to his CMG ("No. 12863". The Edinburgh Gazette. 19 October 1915.)
- My fellow editor (below) has added this. Zawed (talk) 05:58, 19 August 2016 (UTC)
- The infobox says he was awarded the Croix de Guerre but there's nothing about this in the article
- Have added this along with a link to the LG. Zawed (talk) 05:58, 19 August 2016 (UTC)

- @Hawkeye7, I have responded to your comments as above. Thanks for taking a look at this, much appreciated. Zawed (talk) 05:58, 19 August 2016 (UTC)
- I've dealt with the CMG (have reordered things to bring it into chronological order). I've also had a look at his marriage, and managed to find his wedding certificate on the BDM website (married 29 September 1892). I've had a very good look at Wellington newspapers but the event didn't make it into print. Schwede66 08:23, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
- Meh. The marriage date is already in the NZDB (ie fn 2). I have fixed the infobox. Hawkeye7 (talk) 05:54, 19 August 2016 (UTC)
