Birth name and date of birth

I have added a "Citation needed" template for his birth name and date of birth, both of which have no source indicated. If (as the "Early years" section says) he "was the son of Lewis K. Sidney", how could he have been "born Sammy Greenfield" (as the lead and infobox say? Eddie Blick (talk) 02:35, 4 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
