WP:NCPDAB notes the practice of disambiguating with a short noun indicating what the person is known for. George Joseph (Kerala) is not most-known for being from Kerala (which didn't exist when he was born) but for being an activist. He was also a lawyer and briefly a politician, but he was an activist for numerous causes throughout his adult life. George Joseph (West Virginia) lived almost all of his adult life in California, and is most notable for his work in the insurance industry. The proposed titles do not seem to conflict with others at George Joseph, with the closest being George Joseph (diplomat) and George Joseph (banker). – Reidgreg (talk) 12:51, 22 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
